When it rains it pours…..

Hello Everyone!!!

I was going to write a blog post the other day about International Mental Health Day but ironically enough I was too depressed to give it a go…

I felt like this~~

You know many posts I saw on Twitter made me remember how horrible people are in this day and age to people who have been diagnosed with a mental illness. The pc thing for people to do is be well behaved that day and to forget all about it….

I have seen it first hand as I posted in these blogs that I have written in the past~~~

Hospitals from Hell

Death of a Scorpio……

Rich people get away with everything!

If you have not read them I urge you to do so  you can see first hand what I have went through and can fully understand why I am recently depressed remembering these incidents. You can also see what happens when you are diagnosed with a mental illness and are at the mercy of the healthcare and legal system when you are not wealthy.

People will treat you with disdain and take advantage of you every time they see what they consider to be a  weakness. It’s sad but true.

We live in a screwed up society. If anyone reads the news as of late you will see I am telling the truth. I try and stay away from the news but sometimes it creeps up on me and I cringe….

I am isolating myself once again not answering messages or texts because I honestly do not trust people anymore once recalling these incidents. My ptsd is really tearing me to shreds…..My anger has resurfaced…..

Everything just seems to be going so wrong because when it rains it pours…

I have a bad head cold which is adding to my sadness….

Hopefully my anti-depressant will work soon……

Have a great day everyone!!!

  2. Bless you…Yes, there are a great many adults out there with the ‘me, me, me” attitude who are still mentally in middle school. Don’t give them the power over your emotions. Just know that anger can be a catalyst for change, both inside and out. You are a strong woman. You know who you are, what is right and what is wrong and that makes you heads and shoulder above all those who are not. Keep fighting.

  4. You are far more precious and worthy of respect than anyone who has done these things to you. Their behaviour makes me sick.
